住饭店这么多次
第一次遇到门卡没有设定，无法开启房门的
而且那天柜台已经没有人，打电话也无法联系上
好险遇到锁泳池的员工，才给一张备用卡
不然就要睡在大厅，还照付房费

Pity the restaurant wasn’t open . But I enjoyed my meal at boat club instead. Quiet and clean . Noisy in bathroom though.

位置不是很方便，距离主街约10分钟车程
饭店设有地下停车场不用让车子在外风吹雨淋，只是最近饭店在整修，不能完整体验设施。

非常棒 我订的suite套间 厨房 微波炉 冰箱 洗碗机 烤箱一应俱全 还有碗勺和全新的洗碗布。 还有洗衣机和烘乾机。简直太适合一家人住。我在携程订的，比其他平台便宜快一半。

房间挺大的，衞生也不错，酒店唯一的电梯坏了拎着东西走上走下很累，据説修理了近一个月了，这效率，哎

Really good location for exploring the Hervey bay area and reslly close to the Harbour for a fantastic day trip across to Fraser Island. Great breskfasts. Staff very helpful and the evening Bar food was very tasty. Really enjoyed our 3 nights and the Pool outside of our patio area was a bonus.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay and downtown is about 2Km away. ? Room is spacious with spa. ?Parking is full due to some jetski occupied extra parking space.

I stated at the Ramada for two nights when I was in Hervey Bay for a trip to Fraser Island. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hotel location is located near the esplanade, which is a quiet part of town about 8 km from the CBD, and has a few dining options within walking distance near the boat club. The hotel staff were all friendly upon arrival, the hotel room I was in was reasonably modern / well maintained (but your expectations should be set at "regional Australia hotel quality" and not "major city hotel quality"), and it has a on-site pool / restaurant (there was also a tiny 'gym' but it did not really have anything other than a cardio machine and some small weights). There was on-site parking, but the spaces were small and filled up very quickly when I was there (I didn't have trouble parking, but did find myself getting the final free space a couple of times). I had no real complaints about the place and would happily stay there again.
